1. To qualify for this offer you must have been a previous Warm Services NW Limited customer, and you must refer a friend who subsequently undertakes a Qualifying Installation at their property. There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer.

2. You must have obtained the consent of the friend that you are referring to us, and the friend must not already be engaging with us with a view towards the installation of loft or cavity wall insulation.

3. A Qualifying Installation is one where we survey and subsequently install loft or cavity wall insulation. 

4. Your reward for each successfully referred friend will be a £50 Love2Shop gift voucher. The reward will be sent to you by mail within 4 weeks from the date that insulation has been installed into your friend’s property.

5. We may vary the terms of or cancel this scheme at any point.

6. In the event of any dispute, our decision shall be final.
