The Free loft insulation Grant is a government scheme called the "Energy Company Obligation" which is operated by the larger energy companies such as British Gas and EDF.

The Free Loft Insulation Grant is available to both Home Owners and Tenants in Private Rented Properties.
What
Benefits Do I Need?
If you or anyone within your household receives one or more of the below listed benefit types provided by the UK government, then it’s highly likely that you’re in line to receive a Free Loft Insulation grant.

- Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefits
- Ministry of Justice Benefits (administered by Veterans UK)
- War Pensions Mobility Supplement
- Constant Attendance Allowance
- Armed Forces Independence Payment
Child Benefit Qualification
If none of the above benefits apply to any member of your household, then you may qualify if you are in receipt of child benefits subject to certain income thresholds.
What Happens Next ?

If you qualify, we will contact you to arrange a Free survey to check your home is suitable to receive Free Loft Insulation. We will also check if you are eligible for a boiler grant.
Finally, a date will then be arranged for your Loft Insulation to be installed.
